23rd Annual Sierra Oaks Auction

Sierra Oaks K-8 PTA is thrilled to host our 23rd Annual Auction and Dinner on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Those attending our Hawaiian Luau themed event will be treated to a signature cocktail, delicious dinner, live and silent auction, and lots of entertainment.

The success of this event rests entirely on the generous donations and sponsorships received from our amazing community. If you would like to partner with the Sierra Oaks PTA and help us provide enrichment programs to our TK-8th graders, please consider Sponsoring our event or Donating an item to our Silent and Live Auction.

Tickets

Tickets are $50 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dancing, refreshments, plus our silent & live auction to raise money for all the programs funded by the Sierra Oaks PTA like literacy, music, art, PE, and so much more!

We are currently looking for tangible items, gift certificates, or services to auction off in both our Silent and Live Auction. If you have an item you would like to donate, please print the donation form, and bring it with your item to the school office.

We have a variety of sponsorship packages available which include advertising opportunities on our website, social media platforms, in our school newsletter, and the auction booklet. Please click the button below, or complete this form, and submit it to the school office.

Sierra Oaks K-8 has the most amazing families and alumni. If you would like to make a cash donation to the event, please click the button below, or complete this form, and submit it to the school office.

All proceeds from this event make a significant difference in the quality of education for students at Sierra Oaks K-8 and help them reach their academic, intellectual, social, and emotional potential. The auction pays for amazing programs such as school assemblies, an author day, field trip sponsorships, literacy licenses, and so much more.

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, making your donation/sponsorship tax deductible. Your family and/or business will also be recognized in our auction booklet, on our website, and in our PTA communications.
