DESCRIPTION:Harvest Festival\nSaturday\, October 14th 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM\, at Sierra Oaks \nJoin us for a delightful celebration of the season at our school’s Harvest Festival! Come out with the whole family and bring your friends. Admission is free\, purchase tickets for all the fun activities and treats. Sign up to volunteer and help us make the Harvest Fest a success! \nNo cost for admission\nTickets for activities on sale October 9th\, 2023 \nEarly Bird Special: 5 ticket sheets for $20\nRegular Price: 4 ticket sheets for $25 at the door \n\n\n  \nVolunteers Needed! \nMany of you have asked where you can sign up to volunteer for the Harvest Festival\, the sign-up genius is now live\, and you can sign up immediately. This is a heavy lift\, and it is simply impossible without the kindness and generosity of our community \nPlease find your grade and sign up for a shift at your grade’s booth. Thank you in advance for your dedication and selflessness. \n\nVolunteer\n \nMore Ways You Can Help\nPumpkin Decorating Contest \nEach classroom presents a decorated pumpkin that will be voted on. The winning class receives a prize! Talk to your teacher or room parent for information on how to enter! Decorated pumpkins are due Friday\, October 13th by 2:45 PM in the MP room. \nDonations Needed\nStuffed Animals \nPlease donate any gently used stuffed animals for prizes for the festival games. All donations can be dropped off at the office until Friday\, October 13th. \nCake Walk \nPlease donate as many packaged\, store-bought (not homemade) baked goods to the MP room on Friday\, October 13th. For all children’s saftey\, it is important to ensure treats are nut-free. Though the name is “cake walk”\, think quantity over cost: mini cupcakes\, cookies\, muffins\, mini cakes\, etc. Please nothing that needs to be refrigerated (cheesecake\, ice cream cakes\, popsicles\, etc). \nPop-up Tents and Tables \nWe are looking to borrow these items for the day. Please drop off these items on the stage in the MP room between now and Friday\, October 13th.Make sure all loaned items are clearly marked with your name and contact info – masking or painters tape work great! All borrowed items will be returned the next school day following the Harvest Fest. \n\nVolunteer
