In-kind donations are a vital part of the Sierra Oaks Auction and play a key role in making this evening sparkle. Donated items help power our Live Auction, Silent Auction, and Dessert Auction, directly supporting Sierra Oaks TK8 programs, classrooms, teachers and students.
The Annual Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and monetary donations make a direct and immediate impact on our TK–8 students.

All in-kind donors will receive:
Put your cowboy boots on! Join us Friday, April 24th, for a chance to kick up your heels and enjoy a kid-free evening of dinner, dancing, refreshments, silent and live auctions, as we raise money for all of the programs funded by the Sierra Oaks PTA. PTA funded programs help support literacy, STEM, music, art, PE and many more school initiatives! Tickets are $50 per person, doors open at 6:30 pm and we’re fixin’ to have a great time!
Think Rhinestone Cowboy, Dolly Parton, Dallas, Denim & Diamonds, Glittery Boots, Bold Buckles, Shine, Glitter & Fringe; let’s bring some glitz and glamour to the “Wild West!” And more importantly, have fun with it! We might have some accessories available for those in need of extra “spirit” upon arrival. We know the weather can be tricky in April, thanksfully the Milagro Event Center is an indoor venue, so plan accordingly!
Lots of amazing items like summer camps, beauty baskets, spa days, pet supplies, golf packages, restaurant gift cards, and much, much more! The Silent Auction also includes the popular Classroom Baskets and Sign-Up Parties.
Classroom Baskets are themed baskets filled with goodies donated by families from our community. One Classroom Basket per grade will go to the highest bidder via Silent Auction. The themes will range from brunches to BBQ to Game Night and more! Classroom Baskets are often some of the most highly sought items at our auction because they are jam packed with something for everyone. Your teachers will reach out with ways to contribute.
A Sign-Up Party is a hosted event where a set number of guests can purchase tickets to attend a fun experience. These parties can be for kids, adults, or families. Think backyard movie nights, craft parties, parent socials, sports days, cooking nights, or anything fun that brings our Sierra Oaks Cougar community together.
All ticket sales and proceeds go directly to the Sierra Oaks PTA. That means every ticket purchased supports programs, enrichment and events that benefit our Cougar students.

Parties should be scheduled for:
• The remainder of the 2025–2026 school year, OR
• During the 2026–2027 school year
This gives hosts flexibility and keeps the Cougar community connected all year long.
Sign-Up Parties are hosted by members of our school community, including:

• Teachers

• Sierra Oaks families
Anyone who wants to create a fun experience for our Cougars community can host!
Hosting is a great way to support Sierra Oaks without writing a check. It also provides an opportunity to:
• Build friendships
• Create community
• Share something you love
• Be part of the fun
Each party has a set number of spots chosen by the host. This keeps events manageable and enjoyable.
During the auction, you can purchase a ticket for any Sign-Up Party with available space. Spots are first come, first serve; so don’t miss out!

After the auction:

Yes! Hosting with another Cougar family makes it even easier and more fun.
Sign-Up Party tickets are typically:
• Non-refundable
• Transferable to another Sierra Oaks family
Simply submit:
• Your party idea
• Number of guests
• Preferred timeframe (this school year or next)
And the PTA Auction Team will help with the rest.
